This morning it is raining, but we are supposed to get a LOT of snow. Here is to hoping it's true!

Also it's Cinco de Mayo! So get out there and celebrate today!

I find it interesting how the ladies have the option to get out of the weather, and choose not to, and stand out in the rain instead. It just goes to show you what you might assume to be true about what a horse wants, may not always be the case. We have to give them the chance to let us know what they prefer, and be brave enough to listen to what they say.

Today I am grateful for the incoming moisture, that we have shelter for the horses even if they don't want to use it, I am grateful I woke up today and my ankle hurts less now than it did last night, I am grateful for a great day at work yesterday and my awesome team, and my family who I love and who supports me.

What about you, you Animal Loving Angel? What are you grateful for today? What are you looking forward to today? Certainly it is a perfect day to have some fun, and to give yourself a high five in the mirror. I hope you will carve out some time to reflect, and enjoy the day. Hug, pet, or admire some adorable animals today, whether they have bed head or not. We are all doing the best we can, and bedhead is just a part of life.
