Dr. Jena Questen
I hope you were able to check out the long form video we posted last night. It took so many hours of editing to put it together, to try to make it a helpful tutorial for you on how to properly lunge a horse. Please check it out and if you have questions or comments about how we can present the training in a more clear way, or if there is something you want to see that you have not yet, please leave it in the comments. I am here for you!
Today I am grateful for the great day we had at work yesterday, the stunning sunrise today, the fact my ankle feels better this morning although it was aching last night, the fact it's the weekend and today is a half day at work so hopefully we will have some daylight and energy to spend some time with the horses, and I am grateful for my A+ team at Aspen Park Vet Hospital. Thanks you guys.
What about you, Animal Loving Angel? What are you looking forward to on this beautiful Saturday morning? I hope you take a moment to look at yourself in a mirror, and tell yourself, you are doing just fine. Also, it's Saturday! So dance in your bare feet! Better yet, dance outside in your bare feet and connect with the earth, I dare you! It will do your body good!
Whatever you do today, I hope you make the most of it and have the best day ever. Remember, your life has a meaning and a purpose, or you would not have woken up today (not everyone did). So show gratitude for this gift you have been given, by being the best you, you can be today, and just a little better, than yesterday. Have the best day ever!
