Dr. Jena Questen
Do you watch our long form videos? Did you know we are not just about beautiful sunrise horse shorts, but also animal training and health? The next time you find yourself on YouTube searching for animal health or training information, remember to come back here, because I have over 1000 animal health and training videos, everything from fish, to bearded dragons, to of course cats and dogs.
Today I am grateful for, well not to sound trite, but I am glad I woke up.. I am grateful for the fun afternoon training session I had with Natlia yesterday (I did a live you would like to check it out). I am grateful I figured out what I am going to talk about on Great Day Colorado this Friday. I hope you watch it. I am grateful I had help with barn chores yesterday, so they were not as much as usual, and I was able to have a pleasant afternoon and enjoy the sun, without having to worry about hurting myself doing a lot of hard chores. I am glad my ankle hurt less yesterday. I am grateful for a full staff, and a full schedule today. We will have fun while we do fulfilling work. How about you? What are you looking forward to for this beautiful day? How are your new year’s resolutions going? Treat yourself with kindness today, and find gratitude, and joy, no matter how the day unfolds. Remember, you can’t control what happens, but only how you choose to react to it. So choose laughter, fun, and shrug it off, so you stay at a high vibration, and so that you attract more joy in to your life. Oh, yeah, and pet, hug, or just admire pictures of cute animals. That helps make everything better. Have a wonderful day you Animal Loving Angel!
