Today I am grateful for Dr. Gurney and Aspen Park Vet Hospital. We had our holiday Christmas party with the staff yesterday at Casa Bonita, it was really fun. I wanted to give a little speech, but I didn’t really get a chance, there were too many things happening. So, I will share with you what I intended to say to my team.

One of the best years of my life was 2017, when I purchased Aspen Park Vet, because that allowed me and my two little girls to get out of homelessness. I never wanted to purchase a brick and mortar animal hospital. Life doesn’t always turn out the way you think. Yet I am grateful for all of the lessons it has taught me, and the people I have met. It’s like having another family, and for that I am grateful, my life would be much less rich without that family of people.

I am grateful for the gifts I received, and that I had the means to take them all out to experience something most of them had never seen before. We had a lot of laughs. It was just over too soon. And I received many gifts I was not expecting. I have not even had the chance to open them yet.

I am grateful for the sunrise, that I woke up today, that there are horses outside my window, dogs at my feet, cats perched on high spots asleep around me, and that there are fish sucking at the surface of their tank begging for breakfast. I am very lucky and grateful indeed.

There is still time to get a gift which benefits you, and the animals of the ResqRanch. My hope is to still have a holiday sale, since I was unable to accomplish a Black Friday sale.
